I run group sessions for Happiness Classes, Meditation and Mindfulness

Meditation Class

Relaxing guided meditation in a safe and comfortable environment.

These classes are designed take your mind away from the daily stresses of life and to enable you to look at things from a new perspective.

Classes run every Tuesday 10:30-11:30am.

We are based in the central building of the Burton Street Foundation, on Burton Street, Sheffield, S6 2HH. Wear comfortable clothes, and feel free to bring a blanket or cushion.

This is a small group session, so please book in advance to make sure that you have a spot.

 

Happy in a Hurry Workshops

These are workshops that will boost your energy, calm your mind and brighten your mood.

I teach easy and simple to learn movements, activities and techniques that you can take home and use whenever you need a boost or to clear a block.

Each week I teach new ‘tools’ that you can add to your ‘tool kit’ to help you re-energise, re-focus, and remain positive throughout your week.

Happy Club runs every Thursday 1:30-2:30pm.

Other Services

I run 1-2-1 sessions for anyone who is feeling ‘stuck’ and needs to find ways to clear the blocks and get themselves back on track.

I run a short ‘Wake Up and Shake Up’ Session in the workplace, to help ‘re-focus’, ‘re-energise’ and invigorate the workforce.
I am available for talks for community groups and businesses.
