careyportraitMy name is Carey Boyce and I have been working in the field of Energy and Therapy work for over 20 years.

Nowadays I combine all this knowledge in to something that everyone can do. I give talks, run workshops, coach one-to-one and facilitate training sessions to share my passion for the wonderful world of quick, simple and extremely beneficial mind and body energy techniques.

I bring together the best of many different therapies, including Educational Kinesiology, Touch for Health, Energy Therapy, Rhythmic Movement Training (RMT) and many more…

I started my career by training to be a Beauty Therapist, studying the fascinating world of Human Anatomy and Physiology and learning how to relax muscles and minds with massage and gentle therapies.

My epiphany about the world of energy came when I was trying but failing to pass my driving test. I walked in to work one morning having failed yet again and a Kinesiologist friend who worked there took me to one side and asked me how I felt inside when I took my test. ‘Panicky and frightened’, I said. My friend then showed me a few simple techniques and then asked me again how I felt when I thought of driving. ‘Wow’, I said, ‘I feel so much calmer’. A few weeks later I took my test and was surprised and amazed at how calm and focussed I was, and I passed! It felt fantastic and in that moment I realised that there is so much more to our beings than just our bodies!

My training began with studying Educational Kinesiology (also known as Brain Gym), which teaches all about how the mind affects the body, I then went on to learn Touch For Health for more in-depth information on how to stimulate the bodys’ energy. This was followed by Rhythmic Movement Training (RMT) and a whole host of other energy therapies such as Reiki, EFT and Satvik Energy Therapy. I am fully qualified in all of these therapies.

NB. These are not clinical therapies and if you have a medical condition, please consult your medical professional.
