These sessions are designed to boost your energy, calm your mind and brighten your mood, using a variety of body and energy techniques. You will feel lighter, brighter and refocussed and happier by the end of your session!
These sessions are fun and interactive, and you learn how to use and move your body to improve your outlook. Most people don’t realise how much their posture can impact on their emotional state. Learning how to recognise this, is half way to clearing the problem.
Meditation
Unwind your mind with guided meditiation techniques to clear away life’s stresses. This is a seated group, you are welcome to bring a blanket and a cushion, if you wish.
