Today I’d like to teach you a simple but effective technique to help you feel tiptop throughout your day.
I was reminded of this technique recently when I had to do a presentation to a room full of people.
This Zipping Up technique gave me the ‘strength’ to go out on to the platform and present. It stopped any nerves or wobbles I may have had and its super easy.
Simply place one hand just below your tummy button and trace an imaginary line up the centre of your body to your chin, as if you were zipping up a jacket. Do this 3 times and you should feel instantly stronger and more confident.
Don’t worry if you don’t feel it working straight away, just do it a couple of times throughout your day and see if you feel better.
This one is great for presentations, meetings and interviews, or as a general pick me up during your day. Enjoy.
